Summary

Description Sigma isosurfaces for the two-dimensional bipolar coordinates, all of which are perfect circles. Sigma ranges from 0.5 (violet) to pi/2 (red). The red circle is centered on the origin (0,0). To obtain the isosurfaces for negative sigma, the circle for the corresponding positive sigma value is reflected about the x-axis.
