Description
English: This is graph of the growth rate predicted by Flux Balance Analysis of the E.coli model Ec_iAF1260_flux1 on varying influx of oxygen. The growth rate decreases with decreasing oxygen in the absence of which it shifts to anaerobic mode of respiration.
