सोशल नेटवर्क विश्लेषण (एसएनए) सॉफ़्टवेयर वह सॉफ्टवेयर है जो संख्यात्मक या ग्राफ़ आरेखण के माध्यम से नेटवर्क की विशेषताओं का वर्णन करके व्यवहार के मात्रात्मक विश्लेषण या गुणात्मक अनुसंधान सोशल नेटवर्क विश्लेषण की सुविधा प्रदान करता है।
अवलोकन
